LOVED LESS 02

Loved Less features the actual testimony and statements of Lorena and John Wayne Bobbit, Eric and Lyle Menendez, Melinda Loveless and Laurie Tackett among other media-sensationalized personalities. Through its carefully woven mix of testimony, narrative, movement and song, the production explores the basic struggle of good vs evil, truth vs. lies, and emotions vs. intellect in the highly physical and emotionally charged style of Via Theater.

"Jucha and his talented troupe with a surrealistic rerun of lurid tales of sex and violence. Jucha keeps the action moving briskly through 90 minutes of rape, murder and other mayhem." - The New York Times

"A stomach-turning look at love rotted into sexual violence which director-writer Brian Jucha has expertly collaged into nauseating whirlwinds of betrayal and murder." - The Village Voice
